Description: Ready to take your acting skills from the stage to the screen? In this exciting class, students will learn the essential techniques of performing for film and television. From mastering subtle facial expressions to hitting your mark and understanding framing, this class gives you the tools to bring characters to life in front of the lens. Work directly with a film director and tv/film actor who will help build your confidence in front of the camera and receive professional feedback that helps you grow as an on-screen performer. Whether you dream of starring in movies or just want to explore a new side of acting, this class is your chance to shine. Explore a few of the following: Act with truth and nuance for the camera. Understand shot sizes, angles, and how they affect your performance. Break down scripts like a screen actor. Watch playback to improve your craft. Gain confidence in auditions and self-tapes
