Battling a life-size mouse Queen, slipping & sliding with snowmen & dazzling Snow Queen, and then flying off on an enchanted crystal sleigh to meet the Queen of the Angels, Clara visits the Land of Sweets in an adventure not to be missed this holiday season! A Cripple Creek Christmas Carol brings the timeless tale of redemption, generosity, and the true spirit of Christmas to life in a way you’ve never seen before. Set in the historic gold-mining town of Cripple Creek, Colorado, this adaptation follows real-life town founder Bob Womack as he calls upon Charles Dickens himself to help save a greedy mine owner named Gooch. A Cripple Creek Christmas Carol brings the timeless tale of redemption, generosity, and the true spirit of Christmas to life in a way you’ve never seen before. Set in the historic gold-mining town of Cripple Creek, Colorado, this adaptation follows real-life town founder Bob Womack as he calls upon Charles Dickens himself to help save a greedy mine owner named Gooch. Just like Scrooge, Gooch is visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future in a journey that transforms his heart and reminds us all of the power of love and community. Filled with original songs, heartfelt comedy, and the magic of Dickens’ classic story, A Cripple Creek Christmas Carol is more than a show—it’s a holiday tradition for the whole family. A CRIPPLE CREEK CHRISTMAS CAROL was first produced by Arthur’s Realm Productions in 2002 at The Butte Opera House in Cripple Creek, CO. Fun Surprises throughout shows run! November 22 is Ugly Sweater Night! Wear your favorite Ugly Sweater for a chance to swing a prize! Join cast members under the Marquee on Thursday, December 4 for some caroling. Time TBD.
