Acting Fundamentals: Scene Study

Description: Students will step into the world of compelling characters, dramatic moments, and unforgettable scenes. This is where young actors go beyond the basics and learn how to live truthfully in the moment – just like the pros! Each week, students will work on powerful scenes from the stage, sharpen their script analysis skills, and discover how to connect emotionally and authentically with their characters. Through partner and group work, students will build confidence, learn to take direction, and explore the dynamics of real onstage relationships. (Anyone under the age of 13 please contact rcsaeducation@rauecenter.org to see about approval enrolling)

Processing Fee – A $4 per ticket charge for all purchasing to support the software that enables online ticket sales.

REFUND POLICY– In the event that your child cannot participate in the class after you have registered, Raue Center will issue a 50% refund of your registration fee up to two weeks before the start date. After this time period, if your child cannot participate in the class we will refund you 50% of your total fee in the form of a Raue Center gift certificate, redeemable for any upcoming RCSA Class within a year of cancellation, or can be used at Raue Center for tickets, etc. (restrictions may apply). Day of/ after the start of Class drops will not be refunded.
